Welcome to Bozeman Agility Bozeman Agility started as a Yahoo Discussion list for students in Nancy Creel's Classes. Quickly friends from throughout Montana and adjoining states started to join. Now it's a friendly place with information on upcoming events, classes and more throughout the state. All friendly folks are welcome. Click the link below to start the process of joining this group. ![]() Click to join bozemanagility Here are two videos of Kili and Saales from the January, 2006 GDAC Trial. The video of Saales is her best run ever in competition. The only thing I see to work on based on this clip is the seesaw, which is slow. Saales needs to run further out on the board and shift her weight back to wait for the tip to hit the ground. In the video of Kili you can see me make a major error after the 2nd seesaw. I call her repeatedly to help her wrap for the second tunnel and she does. We end up with an off course, but I know I was wrong and let her rip the finish so that she hopefully forgets my error and forgives. Quick Links

Wild West Winter Fest February, 2010 All Star Dogs and Rescue Dogs. Don't miss the debut of the All Star Dog Team at this coming Winter Fest at the Gallatin County Fairgrounds. Expect a 90 minute show with action, drama and gee whiz training. Watch as the best dogs in the area show their stuff. The All Star Dog Team will also be performing at Circle L Arena for their Spring Horse Expo, at Woofstock, and the at the Gallatin County Summer Fair. All Star Dog Tryouts Stay tuned. I was hoping to do this outdoors at the Heart of the Valley, but the weather this fall has been somewhat chaotic. We're looking for Frisbee, Dock Diving, Super Distance, Tricks, Teams, Super Athletic, Etc. Titles are not necessary. Handlers need to be able to work in a group situation with their dogs on and off leash.
NATCH-3, Versatility NATCH,MEDAL Kili FDCH, AX, MXJ Kili is now retired from competitive agility. At her last trial in December 2008 she was High in Trial for elite veteran skilled dogs with 12 out of 12 Qualifying runs. She was the first dog in Montana to earn an agility Championship title with NADAC's coveted NATCH. Expect to see her at trials still, but only in a few classes and the runs will be just for fun. She likes to show off for friends, but would prefer not to practice when no admirers are there to watch! NATCH, Versatility NATCH, FDCH Saales du Val Soannan OA, OAJ HIT CGC

Classes Currently I am teaching private lessons. Cost is $45 per hour or $25 per half hour. These are super fun and move as fast as your dog. We start with the basics of clicker training and go from there. Contact me at nmcreel@bresnan.net for details or to set up a private. These are samples of homework problems that I prepare when I am teaching group agility classes. Weaver's Goals for Calvin Homework The Fast Track Private lessons are the fast track. Over the last couple of years I started to realize that students that started in private lessons were ready to trial and had a deeper understanding than students that went through group classes only.
Calvin practices the "table" in Innisfree Gardens. His early training was on natural obstacles that we found in this doggie wonderland. http://www.cs.gc.cuny.edu/~natasha/Journeys/innisfree.html Old Homeworks
